Basic Info Sophia is everyone's favorite wisecracking Sicilian. She came down with a disease in which she can't control the part of her brain that monitors what she says, which is why she always comes out with such wild comments. After getting the disease, she was put into Shady Pines Nursing Home, but had to go live with Dorothy when it burned down. 
Sophia went from being a rural girl in a small village of Sicily to a city girl in Brooklyn to a golden girl in Miami! She raised three wonderful children and in her old age volunteers her time to lots of charities, such as Meals on Wheels. |
